Camp Manifest Participant Agreement, Policies & FAQs

Welcome to Camp Manifest — we are so excited to have you join us!
By registering for Camp Manifest, you are reserving your space in a highly curated, intimate experience designed for connection, growth, relaxation, and transformation.

We carefully select every detail — from the location to the programming — to ensure a powerful and memorable experience. Please read the following agreement carefully, as it outlines important information regarding your participation.

Thank you for trusting us with your time and energy. Camp Manifest is more than an event — it’s an experience, and we are honored to welcome you into this community. We can’t wait to connect with you in person and create something truly special together.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Camp Manifest registrations are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for any reason.
If you are unable to attend after registering, your payment will be transferred to the next available Camp Manifest event that works with your schedule.
Transfers must be used within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to availability.
Tickets are non-transferable to another person unless prior written approval is given.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Event Experience & Expectations

Camp Manifest is designed to be a supportive, uplifting, and respectful environment.

By attending, you agree to:

Treat all attendees, facilitators, and staff with respect
Participate with an open mind and positive intention
Respect personal boundaries, privacy, and shared spaces
Follow any on-site rules or guidelines provided during the event

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the experience, without refund or credit.

Lodging & Accommodations

Staying on-site is highly recommended, as this is where most attendees stay and where much of the magic, bonding, and spontaneous connection happens.
Staying on-site allows you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
You are not required to stay on-site, and you may choose nearby accommodations if preferred.
Regardless of where you stay, you are welcome to enjoy and take advantage of the property and event spaces during scheduled activities.
We choose each property very intentionally and wisely to align with the Camp Manifest experience.

Community & Facebook Group

We will be creating a private Camp Manifest Facebook group for attendees.

This group is where important updates, connection, and pre-event communication will take place.
You will receive a link to join the group (insert link here).
Participation in the group is encouraged but not required.

FAQs

- Am I allowed to stay off-site?

Yes. You are absolutely allowed to stay off-site at a nearby hotel or accommodation. While we recommend staying on property for the full experience, it is not required.

- What happens if I can’t attend after purchasing my ticket?

Your ticket will be applied to the next available Camp Manifest event that works with your schedule. No refunds are issued.

- Are meals and activities included?

Specific inclusions will be outlined in your welcome email and event itinerary. Many meals, activities, workshops, and experiences are included as part of Camp Manifest.

- Can I bring a guest?

Only registered attendees are permitted to participate in Camp Manifest activities unless otherwise stated.

- Will there be photography or video?

Yes. Camp Manifest may include photography and video for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending Camp Manifest, you acknowledge that:

You are participating voluntarily
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being
Camp Manifest, its organizers, partners, and venues are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property

You agree to release and hold harmless Camp Manifest and its representatives from any claims arising from participation.
