Refund & Cancellation Policy - For The Event
All Camp Manifest registrations are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for any reason.

If you are unable to attend after registering, your payment will be transferred to the next available Camp Manifest event that works with your schedule.

Transfers must be used within a reasonable timeframe and are subject to availability.

Tickets are non-transferable to another person unless prior written approval is given.
By registering, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

Camp Manifest Merch Return Policy
We want you to love your Camp Manifest merchandise! Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited-edition nature of Camp Manifest merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for merchandise once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item

Email us at campmanifest@yahoo.com
Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item (while supplies last). If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Worn, washed, or altered items

Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

Sale or promotional items
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
